The Rangers make a shrewd move and improve the speed on their bottom two lines and PK.

Rangers sign Grabner for $1.65M for two years.

This is an excellent value signing for a guy with good skill but on a bit of a decline. His speed will fit in nicely on the 4th line and will help Oscar Lindberg mature nicely. Grabner will turn 29 this October.
