Rangers Agree to Terms with Ondrej Pavelec
Free Agency is open and TSN’s Bob McKenzie reported earlier that the NYR and free agent goalie, Ondrej Pavelec agreed to a deal.

Pavelec, 29, is coming off of a rough season with the Winnipeg Jets organization, spending most of his time down in the AHL. The signing seems like a reclamation project for NYR goaltending coach Benoit Allaire, who has had success with these types of signings in the past.
Expecting it to be a one-year deal for around $1.3 million for former #NHLJets G Ondrej Pavelec with #NYR to be Henrik Lundqvist's backup https://t.co/aqSWIIrJpX
