Fox is Tops

Adam Fox named Top College Player by USA Hockey.

Fox (nine goals, 39 assists) was a AHCA/CCM First Team All-American, Hobey Baker Award Hat Trick Finalist, the 2019 Walter Brown Award winner, ECAC Hockey Player of the Year, ECAC Hockey First Team and Ivy League Player of the Year selection. A Winter Academic All-Ivy honoree, Fox finished the season as the top scoring player and defenseman in the country with 1.45 points per game. With 48 points, he broke the school record for points by a Harvard defenseman in one season, set by Mark Fusco ’83, who had 46 points (13-33-46) in 1982-83.

John Davidson is looking forward to meeting with Rangers star goalie, Henrik Lundqvist.

[Davidson] was quick to assert that there is plenty of work ahead in his new role. Primarily, there is planning for next month’s draft and getting to know his players. That will include a conversation with Henrik Lundqvist, the team’s 37-year-old franchise goaltender, who has two years left on his contract but is coming off the worst season of his 14-year N.H.L. career. “He’s a proud, proud guy and very successful at what he does,” Davidson said. “I can hardly wait to chat with him.”
