What could this mean?

Is James Dolan serious? It’s a pretty surprising report but one that all Rangers fans should keep an eye out on. We all know that the right ownership is as important to the future of a franchise as are its players.

While this news will probably cause some fans to jump for joy, I have my trepidations. James Dolan is way too involved in the Knicks but for the most part has kept his hands off the Rangers. He’s allowed the hockey people to run the team.

Of course, he made that decision when he handed the reins over to Glen Sather many years ago. That decision is likely why those fans that would welcome this sale may rejoice.
